Information you choose to share
When you contact Michelle, request a showing, or start a listing alert, the site stores the information needed to complete that request. This may include your name, email, phone number, message, preferred timing, search criteria, and the listing or page that gave your request context.
Website and campaign context
Required first-party session storage can retain a clean landing path, referring site, and standard campaign labels while you browse. If you submit a form, that limited context may be saved with the request so Michelle can understand how people find the site. The saved context also records the consent-policy version and the optional categories granted at capture time. Query strings, form values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, and private alert links are not sent to optional analytics.
Optional analytics and marketing
Analytics is off until you allow it. When allowed and configured, Google Analytics may receive bounded usage events for page visits, home searches, listing views, listing selections, and completed contact or showing requests. Those events support aggregate reporting and omit the personal and private fields listed above. Marketing permission is stored separately. Advertising tags, remarketing, and personalized advertising are not active on this site today.

Service providers
The site uses service providers for hosting, database storage, email, Google Workspace actions, analytics when allowed, and IDX listing data. They receive only the information needed to provide their part of the service under their own security and privacy terms. Personal information is not sold by this website.
Your choices
You can decline optional measurement or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings. Listing-alert emails include private management and unsubscribe controls. To ask about, correct, or delete information connected to a request, use the website’s contact form and identify the email address used for that request.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, operating records, security, and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
